- Position : Sales and Marketing Manager (F&B/ Supermarket/ Agriculture)- ALL WELCOME
- Location : Kranji (Nearby Bus station)
- Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6000 + Performance bonus (At least 1 month) + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Achievement:
- Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to clear excess inventory quickly
- Ensure efficient sales operations and process improvement
- Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts
- Manage marketing budget and resources effectively
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Meet customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover
- Develop and implement strategies to clear excess inventory quickly
- Performance Metrics and Outcomes:
- Set, monitor, and review performance metrics for sales and marketing activities
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies
- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Sales and marketing strategy development and execution
- With background in F&B industry and must have a connection to expand the sales
