Job Responsibilities
- Assist in year-end financial audits such as retrieval of samples
- Assist to prepare the Audited Financial Statements
- Assist to prepare audit schedules
- Assist to prepare GST schedules
- Assist in year-end and monthly closing of accounts
- Preparation and posting of journal
- Assist in checking of payment vouchers
- Assist in checking of claims
- Assist in sending out grab for business usage by division for verification & approval
- Assist in data analytics of general staff claim for SVP less than or equal to $200/$300
- Drafting of flowcharts for SOPs e.g. AP SOP
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Is meticulous and able to meet deadline
- A team player who is proactive and possess a problem-solving attitude
- Has strong ethics and able to handle highly confidential documents
