Job Description
- Support pre and ongoing onboarding and offboarding process
- Plan and apply for staff access pass, staff badge, coordinate IT access
- Office support and logistics for new joiner
- Office support for resigned staff
- Asset requisition and inventory reporting
- Raise purchase requests
- Purchase orders liaison, tracking and amendment
- Coordinate review of aged/outstanding Purchase orders
- Staff Building access cards application
- Support in team events
- Other admin duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience preferably from banking & finance industry
- Onboarding experience & knowledge with purchase orders
- Meticulous, organised, with good coordination skills
