We are primarily a fast fashion company at the forefront of the industry, specializing in trendy and affordable apparel. With a growing customer base, we are seeking a motivated Marketing & Operations Intern who can work independently while also contributing effectively to our team. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in both marketing and operations within a start-up environment.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for our brands.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Support livestream events, ensuring smooth operation and engagement.
- Create and curate content for social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and channels.
Operations:
- Aid in the packing and shipping of customer orders.
- Assist in inventory management, including sorting, organizing, and restocking.
- Contribute to the optimization of logistical processes.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline inventory management practices.
- Other duties if required by management
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Diploma/ Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
