- Job description:
- To set up and streamline SOPs of the various outlets
- Ability to set things up from scratch
- To ensure excellent customer service, and also ensure stocks are fully available in all outlets.
- Work closely with the front of house (service crew and customer service) and back of house (kitchen)
- Monitor, plan and work through the production processes
- Ability to drive growth by hiring, planning and training the team
- To be hands-on in setting up the shop
- To monitor and drive operational excellence in the outlets
- To plan and roster the right people in the service rosters
- To handle challenging and difficult situations
Requirements:
- Strong experience in handling F&B Operations (Dine-in, Takeaway)
- Strong experience in managing people and service crew
- Able and willing to work in the kitchen if necessary
- Good experience in customer service
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Willing to travel across different outlets in Singapore
