Our client is a Global MNC, a SGX listed company in the manufacturing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional FP&A Manager to join their Finance team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Regional Financial Consolidation
- Overseeing the integration of financial outcomes and management reports for the regional territory, ensuring precision, uniformity, and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Coordinating with the teams to guarantee timely and precise financial data submissions.
- Supervising and integrating the region's yearly/monthly budgets and forecasts.
- Creating financial models/analyses to support projects and decisions
- Tracking and evaluating the financial performance of subsidiaries, spotting trends, and provide insights to enhance company’s performance.
- Generating and distributing prompt and precise management reports for regions and local
- Ensuring adherence to reporting standards and deadlines.
- Serving as a primary finance advisor to regional and local management partners, providing financial advices such as annual audits and financial statement reviews to ensure compliance, and to resolve audit issues
- Be a great mentor and lead a team
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy Finance or other relevant
- Experience in overseeing/leading a team
- Possesses Regional experience
