Job Description
· Support the planning and implementation, logistics and administrative duties of associate engagement events.
· Contribute to the review of policies, programmes, processes, systems, and communications relating to management of associate faculty.
· Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor, as well as support department and university activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma Holder/A Level and above
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Comfortable with handling data
· Team player who possess excellent interpersonal skills
· Preferably with basic knowledge using html for website update
WORKING HOURS
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
