Job Description
- Assist with basic secretariat work, e.g.,meeting scheduling, writing of simple summary of meeting notes.
- Assist with data checks and consolidation.
- Conduct qualification verification for associate faculty.
- Provide academic administration support.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the Director and his/her Supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum O Levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in data analytics would be advantageous
WORKING HOURS
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
