Primary Objectives of Position

  • Lead to drive digitalization for performance dashboards, insights, forecast.
  • Drive next level of providing insights & identifying opportunities to improve business processes

Major Responsibilities

License and Policy Reporting

  • Ensure effective and efficient reporting through implementation of control process to meet reporting obligations stated in the License.
  • Review and submit system reliability and availability reports to fulfil License obligations. Govern and facilitate the analysis and ensure accuracy. Assist in highlighting variances to Management.
  • Managing of Rail Business Budget and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely delivery of insightful daily / monthly / quarterly /annual performance dashboards, insights, forecast and reports for the management team, distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.
  • Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining and improving processes.
  • Generating complex dashboards, Reports, Scorecards, Visualizations requirements in various reporting tools like PowerBi or Tableau for the reporting of performance metrics and scorecard.

Specific Safety Responsibilities

  • To ensure Safety plans are implemented and all safety hazards are eliminated.
  • To ensure compliance to Safety Management System (SMS) & other SBST Policies

The above activities are no means exhaustive and are subjected to amendment whenever is needed.


Job Dimensions


Minimum Education / Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

  • Preferably with at least One year of relevant experience with dealing with authority or government agencies
  • Railway Operations and Maintenance knowledge and experience would be an advantage.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong people, planning and organising skills.
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Matured personality and good team player.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and results-oriented.
