Scope of work:
- We are looking for individuals to join the Regional Sales and Marketing team.
- As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the assigned region and/or customers. The success of the position will be measured by the achievement of the sales targets, growth of the business pipeline as well as customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact to support pre- and post- sales activities centered around assigned accounts
- Perform customer and market analysis and establish sales proposals tailored for each customer
- Regular update and reporting on sales and production forecasts
- Resolve issues in a manner consistent with the company mission, values and objectives
- Develop and forge close customer relationship in order to maximize retention and grow the business
Job Requirement:
a. Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of semiconductors
- Result oriented, motivated and resourceful team player
- Effective communicator well versed in delivering technical presentations
to both internal and external stakeholders
b. Experience:
0-4 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry
c. Education:
Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
(Engineering Graduates without prior sales experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided)
