JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years of retail operations experience managing regional SEA market within the retail industry
- Having good knowledge of managing multiple operational functions such as Purchasing, IT, Logistics and Customer service
- Proven ability to manage operational process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Able to streamline or implement structures and roles that increase speed and efficiency of the business
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
- Track record of surpassing sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
