Job Objective:
- Collaborate closely with manufacturers and engineers to implement and service audiovisual and video conferencing solutions in alignment with company standards and best practices to meet customer requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning of integrated audiovisual and video conferencing solutions.
- Conduct end-user training sessions on the implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with in-house AV designers and engineers from manufacturers such as Samsung, BOSE, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc., to deliver fully integrated solutions for various venues including meeting rooms, lecture halls, experience centers, command centers, auditoriums, ballrooms, etc.
- Analyze schematic drawings to comprehend technical and functional requirements for implementing each solution.
- Assist in providing after-sales services and support.
Education Qualification:
- ITE/Diploma in IT, Engineering, or Audio Visual related fields.
Optional Certifications:
- Crestron CTI-P101, CTI-P201
- Extron Control Professional (ECP), Extron Authorized Programmer (EAP)
- Kramer Control System Designer (301), Kramer Control System Programmer (302)
- Dante Level 1 & 2
- Cisco CCNT, CCNA
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system configuration, testing, and commissioning for Audio Visual solutions.
Good to Have:
- Experience with products such as Videowalls, LED & LCD Displays, Digital Sound Processors (DSP), Amplifiers, Speakers, video conferencing systems, and Audio Visual Switches.
- Familiarity with renowned AV brands like Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, Ev, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc.
- Additional experience in automation programming with Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer, DSP programming, and related technologies is advantageous.
