Job Overview:
The Skills Development Advisor is responsible for educating and promoting training courses, driving end-to-end sales cycle for B2B & B2C. This role involves engaging with SMEs, MNCs & decision-makers to understand their needs and offering tailored training courses that enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To reach out and engage the general public to upgrade and embark on their Digital Marketing learning journey
- Identify potential customers and businesses that may be interested in digital tech courses
- Actively participate in assigned roadshows, corporate events and seminars
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand the needs and preferences of customers to provide tailored training courses.
- Utilise CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on sales targets accurately.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance
- Proactive in monitoring the competitive landscape and industry trends, identifying opportunities and challenges to inform sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to engage and handle customers’ requests
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities deadlines simultaneously.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Experience in B2C/B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
