PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pricing and developing financial solutions for structured products across Equity, Credit and FX;
- Conduct day-to-day BAU for structured products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies;
- Pre-trade marketing and post-sales efforts including pitchbook preparation and participation in client meetings;
- Payoff Risk and P&L impact pre-trade and post-trade scenario analysis
- Participation in the launch of new products, features, and capabilities including defining the product/feature and go-to-market strategy through both RM and digital channels
- Ensure end to end product readiness and robustness for product sales, and full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal policies;
- Manage internal and external investment partners and/or vendor relationships, engage in negotiations, manage ongoing relationships, and prepare agreements;
- Work with team members to ensure adequate dealing coverage at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimal 3 years related experience in structured products especially FX/Bond/Equity-linked products, with solid understanding of end-to-end process;
- Degree in economics, investments or finance will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Pro-active, self-starter and goal orientated. Possess teamwork skills such as listening, communication and conflict management;
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires written communication in Traditional Chinese with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in Taiwan and Wealth Management customers in Greater China.
