Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and digital content for social media, offline/online retail, wholesale and e-commerce promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Provide monthly analytic reports for all marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with internal and external graphic designers on preparation of online and offline marketing collaterals.
- Responsible for search engine optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, social medial, E-Newsletters and email marketing.
- Prepare social media calendar and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) customer enquiries to enhance social media presence.
- Update and mange content of the company’s websites to ensure contents are up to date.
- Liaise with the principal on annual A&P budget and the overall marketing plans for the year.
- Evaluate and respond to market conditions and competitors’ activities in the digital realm.
- Send out of bulk email circulars and text messages for purpose of marketing communications.
- Assist with administrative and data-entry work relating to our computerized retail CRM system and maintaining customer’s database.
E-Commerce
- Managing day-to-day operations for e-commerce: process daily sales order, order fulfilment, inventory update, dispatching of goods, invoicing, attend customer enquiries etc.
- Attending customer enquiry, feedback, review and resolve any customers concern in a timely manner for online orders and social media platform.
- Participate and support ecommerce initiatives to drive customer loyalty, engagement, and purchases.
- Create & maintain website content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct with latest details and in line with trading.
- Formulate and execute strategies and campaigns to meet e-commerce platform sales target with full responsibility on budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis.
- Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports for management meeting.
- Providing analytic reports of online sales and browsing activities, customer behaviour and buying patterns.
- Working closely with Finance team for monthly account closing report.
- Understand the current system’s capabilities and limitations, and continuously implement improvements for systems and processes.
- Monitor closely competitors’ activities and understand current market trends.
- Plan and execute operations flow of e-commerce operations, activities (eg: Live streaming, giveaway campaign etc.), and projects when required.
- Provide administrative and operations support to e-commerce team.
- Keeping yourself well-informed about the benefits of health supplements/natural medicines, health foods, natural/organic personal care, and household cleaning products. You must be knowledgeable about VitaKids’ product range. You are expected to constantly improve your knowledge about natural health and remedies.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Post Graduate Diploma, preferably in the field of Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, Retail or Tech industry.
- Candidates who have specialized in Marketing/E-commerce/website administration or equivalent are preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, resourceful, and good communication skills.
- Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
- Good analytical skills and have an eye for details.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Knowledge in copywriting skills will be a bonus.
