Store Assistant
SUMMARY OF ROLE
In this role, you will support the warehouse/logistics department in handling day-to day activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- GRN management – Ensure GRN generation within 2 working days upon receipt
- Receiving Issue Log Management – Follow up and ensure buyer close it on time to close the GRN
- Inventory take-in and picking
- NPR Management – Follow and ensure SCM clear the NPR ontime
- Forklift loading – unloading
- Ensure good housekeeping, overall cleanliness of and safe working conditions in the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level or higher
- Forklift license
- Computer literate
- Highly motivated, hard-working and results-oriented candidates
- Ability to work under pressure and work overtime meet tight deadlines
- Willing to grow with a fast-growing organizing
- Preferably with 1 year related working experience in a warehouse or/and admin jobs.
