· Provide project management expertise in coordinating and conducting process audits, reviews and refreshes, to ensure the processes are being adhered to as intended and remain relevant to the current business needs of the organization, which includes compiling and analyzing the results of the audits and reviews, managing corrective action plans, refreshing the processes and their associated materials as necessary and implementing any changes within the Procurement organization.
· Make customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions.
· Coordinate staff and ensure all activities in the procurement department run as scheduled.
· Hold regular meetings with suppliers to establish and improve long term, trusting relationships.
· Establish open lines of communication with internal departments.
· Identify, through best practice, Key Performance Indicators relevant to adidas Group procurement activities.
· Lead the development, implementation, and alignment of Caribbean Banking sourcing strategies and supplier network capabilities for all spend categories to achieve broad business objectives.
· The Procurement Lead will be assigned major categories of spend and will be responsible for driving and developing significant sustainable annual cost savings programs and implement business strategies that directly affect company cost management strategies.
To be a good fit for this role, you would need to have:
• At least 5 year procurement experience
• Possess a Degree certificate or equivalent
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills Team player, meticulous, details-oriented
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
