Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the overall performance of the Warehouse Team.
- Oversee monthly warehouse and 3rd party logistics performance reviews; participate in operational efficiency initiatives.
- Refine operational instructions, procedures, and conduct system testing.
- Ensure the team meets goals for productivity, safety, compliance, quality, and customer service metrics effectively.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP testing.
- Lead organization’s cycle counts and stock takes.
- Drive operational activities, ensuring timely delivery of departmental responsibilities.
- Effectively allocate and optimize resources while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with essential stakeholders and collaborate effectively across different teams and departments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply chain/ Chemical engineering or equivalents.
- Experience in chemical handling and/or certification in Management of Hazardous Substances and/or MUIS Halal would be beneficial.
- Possess a valid Forklift License.
