Job Overview

The Education Consultant will be instrumental in advising individuals and organisations on their educational paths for professional development. This position requires a strong grasp of educational options, outstanding communication abilities, and a commitment to supporting others in reaching their learning objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for direct sales to professionals and corporate customers (B2B/B2C)
  • Identify, build and manage sales pipeline and business relationships
  • Drive the entire sales cycle – from cold calling, leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and training needs.
  • Assess clients' current skills and knowledge to recommend suitable educational programmes or courses.
  • Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems effectively to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
  • Actively promote educational programmes and services to prospective clients.
  • Assist clients through the enrolment process, including explaining pricing, payment options, and terms.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' or 'O' level or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills
  • Highly disciplined and good time management
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience in B2C/B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as on-the-job training is provided
