Job Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of local companies
- Company incorporation, registration and administration of companies
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents and filing with the government authorities
- Update and maintain statutory registers and records
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Filing of Annual Return
- Work passes related matters, application of work passes and appeal, licensing requirements of various businesses
- Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other statutory bodies as required
- Perform KYC (Know Your Client) and Due Diligence checking for new & onboarding clients including liaison, executing and coordination with third parties (auditors, accountants, corporate secretarial form etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
