Job Description
- Report to Project Manager Scope of Building Services, Airconditioning and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works in construction field, for project management.
- Understanding of ACMV engineering and contractual requirements
- Work with design department to ensure compliance of engineering and safety requirement through design.
- Attend to contractual, cost, schedules, coordination, progress monitoring and project completion
- Manage information and data assets for the purpose of coordination with stake holders on Building Information Model.
- Preferred area of experiences:
- Hospitals, Labs, Operating theatres, etc
- Commercial or industrial building – Warehouses, factories , etc
- Government projects
- Data centers
- Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
- Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or related, must have project acmv experience
- Degree in Sustainable Infrastructure may apply, fresh grads welcomed
- Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2, training will be provided if do not possess this qualification.
- Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
- Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
- Able to move around locally across various sites.
- Knowledge in BIM is added advantage but not a must, inexperienced must be willing to learn as part of the scope of the work with traininng provided.
