Job Description:
- Report to BIM Project Engineer / Manager
- Building BIM Modelling in coordination with Clients, Engineers and Managers
- Scope of site coordination and supervision of ACMV installation works and progress management using BIM
- Manage and update Building information models and other data assets based on coordinated
- Liaise with various parties to coordinate works on timely manner
- Implement safety management and SMM on site
Minimum Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma / Specialist Diploman or above in building services / mechanical engineering or related qualifications
- Experience in BIM is an added advantage but not a must, training in BIM provided for fresh grads or inexperienced
- Strong independence and good communication in English
- Willing to learn new skills
