THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent is responsible for managing referral processes, scheduling visits, overseeing home medical and nursing services, and ensuring accurate data entry in the OMIS system. This role also involves handling financial approvals, generating reports, and managing various claims and updates.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Referral management and data entry in OMIS
- Schedule visit arrangement with Drs, NOK, nurses
- Fee waiver approved clients
- Mean test report
- Medisave claims
- Nurse visit report and monthly database update
- Managing consumables and devices under the Senior Mobility Fund
- Processing claims for locum doctors and locum nurses,
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned (assist with on-going projects)
- Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with healthcare management systems.
