Client: MNC, Main Contractor.
Location: Central / 5.5 Work Week; 8am-6pm, 8am-12pm. PERM Position.
Salary: $3000 - $4500, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with year-end bonus + VB based on performance.
Requirements:
- Preferably with 2 - 3 years of working at construction site office
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with HR & admin matters with payroll calculations
- Those with some site office experience added advantage.
Site Admin Responsibilities
- General HR administrative tasks such as employee confirmation and other HR processes
- Assist with payroll preparation, verifying attendance, overtime payments, resignations, and etc.
- Coordination and preparation for all site staff and worker training
- Manage site recruitment requirements
Site HR Responsibilities
- Onboarding administration such as setting up email accounts and work desk arrangement
- Managing and rostering of site driver’s schedule
- Purchase of stationery, office and pantry supplies
- Purchase/leasing, maintenance and inventory of office fixed assets such as office equipment, furniture & fittings, telephone, mobile phone, fax machine, photocopier, aircon, water dispensers, etc
- Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
- Other duties as required
