Job Title: Shipping Coordinator (MNC/ AWS + VB/ Central)
Job Location: Central
Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc.)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.)
- Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
- Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
- Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Having knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
