The Sales Operations & Events Specialist role combines administrative support for sales operations with event planning and execution responsibilities.
Job Summary
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Flexible to coordinate during event schedules (standby on phone)
- Basic $3,000 - $3,800 (depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, generating reports, and maintaining client databases.
- Plan and execute events from conception through to completion, including venue selection, logistics, budget management, inventory management and post-event evaluation.
- Coordinate event logistics, including securing permits, coordinating vendors, and overseeing event setup and breakdown.
- Innovate marketing strategies to promote events, including social media campaigns and print materials
- Develop weekly to monthly schedules for employees based on manpower availability and event location demands.
- Ensure smooth event operations on the day of the event, including managing staff, overseeing delivery of event items, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with event stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, speakers, and attendees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to effectively support sales efforts.
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Diploma in Business Administration / Events Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
