Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality by conducting incoming inspections and type testing for cables and accessories, and updating results in SAP.
- Operate laboratory test equipment for cable testing and accessory inspection.
- Understand international cable testing standards and inspection requirements, complying with internal ISO procedures.
- Prepare and issue customer test reports, certificates, and Certificates of Conformance (COCs).
- Maintain inspection records in SAP, determine skip lots, and set up inspection requirements in SAP.
- Assist with customer technical inquiries, such as customer letters, RoHS, REACH, and CE certifications.
- Assist with other QA department activities as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical/electronic product testing and qualification.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard is an advantage.
- Ability to operate lab equipment, such as calipers, visual scopes, resistance checkers, and high voltage testers.
- Prior experience with SAP systems and knowledge of cable product testing is an added advantage.
- Good customer handling skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
