Our client is a private equity firm with an established track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a compliance officer and the position is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
· Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance audits
· Assist in monitoring and ensuring the firm is in compliance with regulations
· Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures
· Keep track of the latest regulatory changes and update the firm
· Maintain compliance documents and records
· Other ad-hoc compliance related tasks
Key requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance or law or other disciplines
· Around 2-3 years of compliance related experience in financial services industry, preferably in fund management / asset management industry
· Good communication and organizing skills
· Motivated, detail-oriented, good project management skills
