Working Hours: 5-day weekly
Compensation: Commission + Basic monthly salary package
Your duties:
- Involve in the Academy’s promotional activities
- Coordinate marketing events
- Involve in ‘Open Houses’ to showcase the Academy’s system
- Involve in the ‘Road Shows’ both international and local and create a brand awareness about TMC Academy pathways
- Delivering sales targets and drive the sales target requirements
- Assist with the development and implementation of the marketing strategy to identify, target and recruit students
- Assist Managers in development of global communications plan that builds public awareness, understanding and support
- Assist Managers in developing and implementing systems for managing the marketing and admissions process
- Coordinating and assisting Managers in generating leads through marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness regularly; allocation of leads and managing cross-leads, to ensure higher closing rate
- Engage on relationship management trust building with existing & potential clients of the institute (Parents)
- Contact prospective individuals by telephone to promote products/services
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Handle customer queries
- Schedule appointments for Managers to meet prospective customers
- Take part in information session to students, parents and community groups as required providing advice on all aspects of TMC courses and government regulations relating to students.
- Continue to work with students after they commence their courses to maximize retention and encourage progress through to higher qualifications.
- Contribute to planning and organisation of company events when selected for such project
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
Selection Criteria:
- Comfortable with cold calls, attending fairs and education events
- At least Diploma Level or equivalent
- Well spoken and written English
- Able to perform under pressure and take initiative
- Well informed on current market trends
