Main Duties & Responsibilities
MTM Program
Promote the MTM Dolce & Gabbana project, according to the guidelines defined by the Company within the local market proactively sharing MTM information with the Local Retail Management and Global MTM Director
Propose activities in order to organize and develop MTM events throughout the Region and organize the customer database for the MTM Dolce & Gabbana project
Be the guarantor of the effectiveness of the whole process of "Special MTM client experience" in and out of the store, in order to make the customer experience "dream"
Ensure a deep understanding of measurements and profound knowledge of fabrics; be able to take measures and provide the best MTM service
According to local customs, promote and effectively implement the "DG MTM Client Ceremony" directly or with the support of a tailor in order to create a relationship with the MTM customer or possible MTM customer;
Have a deep knowledge of the “Baule“ (Trunk) as a working tool, have deep understanding of products and apparel
Ensure the use and the filling of the Client Book (sharing information of particular interest with the Store Manager, in order to increase the sales level, manage appointments to strengthen relationships with its own Clients and verify the level of satisfaction), the order to develop the business effectively
Identify the training needs of MTM Specialists and organize training
Design and deliver specific training to the MTM team for stores with regard to both technical skills and communication with Customers, training them to make them competent in taking measures and offer the best service possible
Actively participate in regular meetings organized by the management of the Retail Region in accordance with the Global MTM Director
Reporting
Analyze customers and prospective customers, proposing to the local management and global MTM Director effective action plans for business development
Propose partnerships or opportunities for business development with key local stakeholders
Know and be always informed about the business and sales data
Provide periodic qualitative reports about the current characteristics of the market
Relate constantly with other managerial figures in order to ensure a MTM service qualitatively consistent with corporate standards
Actively participate in the Client Ceremony to ensure the required quality standards and intervene, if necessary, in support of the MTM Specialist
Share with managerial figures of store the sales experience and priority feedbacks identified during the relationship with the customer to propose and encourage measures to develop and improve
Observe all operating procedures, managerial and of security required for the store
Collaborate with the Store Manager in the evaluation of the MTM Specialist
Job Qualifications & Specifications
Diploma or above in any disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant MTM experience
Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Deep interest and passion for the luxury fashion world
Proficient in computer literacy
