Local main contractor seeking for Accountant-
5 days work per week
Job Desciption
- Prepare monthly management accounts closing & journal.
- Prepare & update the audit schedule.
- Bank reconcilation (AP & AR)
- Monitor of cash flow, maintain and monitor cash book
- Check Accrual summary
- Submission of GST reports and return
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary
- Prepare draft audit report for auditor
- Liaise with bank for loans and etc
- Projection of cash flow
- Able to handle Full set of account
- Other Ad Hoc duties from directors office
- Tax invoice preparation and issuance.
- Receipt preparation and issuance.
- Contra payment between internal companies.
- Payment (AP) preparation and issuance to Sub-contractors and Suppliers.
- Updating cash book and do bank reconciliation.
- Preparation quarterly GST Submission.
- Updating all necessary audit schedule.
- Assist in monthly closing Including reconciliation and journal entries.
- Provide support in other accounting duties
- Adhoc task when required.
Requirement:-
- Degree In accountancy
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Responsible character
