Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of donation processing and financial reporting. He/She will also be involved in donor engagement, fundraising projects and other operational duties.
Key jobscope includes:
1. Donation Processing
• Process donations received, maintain donor information, data entry and record-keeping of all donations
• Coordinate with external accounting vendor on donations received and ensure accuracy of donation records
• Handle communication with donors, such as sending appreciation cards, appeal letters and addressing queries
• Submit application of grants
• PDPA representative
2. Finance and Investment
• Assist GM in all finance and investment matters such as management of FDs and Bonds
• Support GM in the reporting of financial performance to management and board
3. Donor/Sponsor & Fund-Raising Management
• Manage fund-raising projects with external sponsors/donors, including agreement signing, event coordination and communication
• Maintain and develop relationships with donors
• Coordinate between partners, beneficiaries and sponsors for beneficiary engagement events
Any other matters as assigned such as assisting in events, onsite assurance, schools’ application processing and social media posts.
