As an Interviewing Officer, you will play a vital role in our hiring process by conducting interviews with job candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for available positions. You will be responsible for representing our organization professionally, providing a positive candidate experience, and evaluating candidates objectively to make informed hiring decisions. This position is hybrid, requiring office attendance on certain days.
Your key duties will be:
- Develop interview questions that align with the job requirements and evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria.
- Build rapport with candidates and create a comfortable environment for interviews.
- Explain the interview process, company culture, and job expectations to candidates.
- Collect and analyze candidate responses, behaviors, and qualifications to make informed hiring recommendations.
The salary ranges from $3,000 to $6,000 monthly. Candidates should have an "A" Level, diploma, or degree.
