Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Digital Marketing: Assist in overseeing digital marketing strategies and activities
- Email Marketing: Assist with the development of campaigns, including content creation, and performance analysis etc
- Social Media Management: Reviewing social media platforms, assist with growing and nurturing a fan base within the online community, maximising brand experience and engagement
- Website and Online Presence: Assist in maintenance and update; and ensure content is up-to-date and consistent across all channels
- Collateral Development: Copywrite, design and layout of marketing collaterals
- Business Needs: To support the team in responding to business demands and provide secretariat support for department meetings
Branding:
- Manage online branding and communication campaigns
- Use of data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate outcomes of online campaigns and engagement
- Work with Graphic Design Team to create visual concepts and develop design layout for marketing collaterals
- Involved in video production projects including schedules, storyboards, resources, talents, logistical needs and editing
- Provide counsel to departments on branding elements, communication, and public messaging so as to uphold the brand image of the organization
Requirement
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Branding or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Marketing & Communications, with experience with Digital Marketing and Content Creation.
- Basic knowledge of Sharepoint, JavaScript, HTML source code for page editing and setting and content management system (CMS) preferred.
- Familiar with email marketing strategies, including campaign creation and performance analysis.
- Familiar with Online & Social Media Marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track performance and generate insights.
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of responsive web design and web development is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design and usage of design programmes including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, for content creation and simple artwork, will be highly advantageous.
