Job Responsibilities
Fundraising and Donor Management
- Corporate or Individual donor/partner solicitation and stewardship
- Acquire and manage in-kind sponsorships and donations.
- Engage with donors and partners (including volunteers) to maintain their support.
- Communicate with NCSS and other agencies for all fundraising related activities.
- Support the planning, execution of fundraising events (including preparation of materials, audio-visual aids, appeals, collaterals, etc.)
- Prepare funding proposals, donation appeals and appreciation letters.
- Record, manage and maintain all fundraising income and be the main point of contact between the Finance team and Fundraising Committee.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information on donors and donations.
- Assist with all activities related to fundraising and donations.
- Work closely with MarCom and Fundraising committees for related matters.
- Actively manage all databases of donors and partners (including volunteers) details.
- Provide administrative and support to services to Fundraising or relevant committees for meetings when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
IT System Management
- Keep the IT system organized and running efficiently and document all processes for effective IT system operations.
- Create standardised systems for efficient management of various modules.
- Document ongoing user training of the system.
- Update staff records and database as required to ensure effective running of system.
- Develop and conduct onboarding training for new staff to ensure effective use of the IT system.
- Ensure that governance and security of data meets internal standards.
- Provide administrative and support to services to IT or relevant committees for meetings when required
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite/Donor/Volunteer Management System and competent IT skills
- Strong event organisational and interpersonal skills
- Some experience in fundraising, whether corporate, government-related, or non-profit, would be an advantage
- Resourceful and initiative driven
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately
- Meticulous, detailed in work and able to handle deadlines and stress
Educational Requirement:
Diploma in Business Administration, Accountancy, or IT
