- Enhance Customer Experience in the Retail Scene: Elevate the overall shopping experience for customers by providing personalized service, valuable product knowledge, and exceptional assistance. An Interior Sales Executive aims to make each customer feel valued and understood.

Job Duties:
- Be a strong Brand Ambassador, promoting Proof Living's Mission and Vision.
- Welcome and excite walk-in guests and designers by providing a showroom tour, showcasing the uniqueness of our showroom and products.
- Assess designers and guests needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Building lasting relationships with guests and designers, develop trust and friendship while designing their home spaces.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, industry trends, and customization options.
- Achieve monthly targets on leads and sales, meet Key Performance Indicators, and continuously look to grow with the company.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle retail responsibilities, and offer interior decoration solutions adhering to Proof Living's guidelines.
- Collaborate with in-store Interior Stylists and actively follow up on sales orders and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 year of retail experience; experience and/or interest in interior design, furniture, luxury, or fashion retail is an advantage.
- Devoted to exceeding customer expectations in service and hospitality.
- Possess energy, integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of personality.
- Singaporean candidates are preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills, and confidence to host eloquent guests.
