The Enterprise Training Advisor is responsible for educating and promoting our training courses, driving end-to-end sales cycle for B2B & B2C. This role involves engaging with SMEs, MNCs & decision-makers to understand their needs and offering tailored training courses that enhance the learning experience.
Job Summary
- 5 days per week (1 weekend required)
- Working Hours: 11am to 8pm
- Basic $3,000 - $4,500 + Monthly Commission (avg. $2,000 - $3,000) + Additional Incentives (avg. $3,000)

Job Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation:
- Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their professional development needs and career goals.
- Recommend appropriate courses based on their objectives and background.
2. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and rapport through ongoing communication and support.
3. Sales and Enrollment Management:
- Manage the end-to-end enrolment process for clients interested in our courses, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to registration.
4. Marketer and competitor analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to digital tech training.
- Use insights to adapt consultation approaches and recommend relevant courses.
Job Requirements
- No experience welcome, sales-driven individuals
- Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales will be an added advantage
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
