Job Description
- 3 Years of relevant experience in billing role; good and strong communication skills, self-motivated, analytical skills and independent and skilled in MS Excel, SFDC, Oracle and Siebel.
- Knowledgeable in Oracle, SFDC, and Siebel. Accounting exp will be considered too.
- Billing queries, addressing to the team to process files to issue credit memos more on the billing side.
- Customer facing role, IT and Sales billing related; addressing all billing inquiries from customers.
- Customer facing role, support in audit; 60% of the job to verify and answering quotes, billing, back office.
