This person reports to the CEO and will play a critical role in driving the growth and diversification of my client's digital product portfolio through strategic partnerships. This position will focus on identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with cryptocurrency projects and exchanges to ensure a diverse and valuable selection of cryptocurrencies for their online digital products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem, coupled with a strong background in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to identify and engage with key cryptocurrency projects and exchanges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cryptocurrency partners to secure listings and collaborations for online digital products.
- Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and contracts to ensure beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to align partnership efforts with company goals and ensure seamless integration of new cryptocurrencies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related inquiries and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- Represent my client at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote their brand and forge new connections.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership activities and performance.

- Proven experience in a business development or partnership management role within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the cryptocurrency space, including exchanges, blockchain projects, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and the overall digital asset ecosystem.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships.
