We are looking for Management Trainee (Cook / Chef) to join us at our Marche outlets at:

- Suntec City
- JEM
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation in accordance with daily operations
- Involves in kitchen operations from food preparation to final production
- Maintain quality and standard of food
- Taking orders from guests (for Market Restaurant)
- Administrative tasks if required
- Any other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
Requirements:
- 6-day work week including weekends (rotating shift in between 7am to 12am)
- Hardworking, able to work with a team and independently if needed
