Job Description & Requirements
- To coordinate with pm, consultants, clients to ensure that the project is properly executed;
- Perform Site-walk-through to ensure contract performance, safety compliance and quality control with the intent of delivering projects.
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
- Identify construction/engineering constraints, prepare construction cost estimates, and hand-off project for construction
- In-charge of the testing and commissioning of the project.
- Attend (construction, quality, safety) meeting as stand-in Project manager while ensure the site schedule/progress is on track. Station at site when necessary.
- Assist in project tendering and operation
- Other administrative matters
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in Construction Industry
- Degree in Civil engineering field or equivalent with construction safety course certificates i.e. BCSS, Construction Safety Course for Project Manager, Risk Management, etc, is an added advantage
- Ability to assist/correct/advice in façade designs and details, to read drawings/plans is a must as participations into workshops with architects, consultants and clients are a necessity.
- Good planning and communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possess relevant certifications.
- Possessing a Class 3 driving license with your own vehicle is an advantage
