Retail Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Retail products include lifestyle products and smart tech products. Our PODCON Store located at Tiong Bahru Plaza
Responsibilities
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance to achieve sales target
- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Monitor and check Inventory stock levels and order stocks
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Able to work weekends, public holidays and Retail hours
- Positive attitude, service-oriented and a good Team player
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Salary package basic salary $3000- $3500 + Commission +Incentive
Requirements and skills
· Experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
· Knowledge of retail management best practices
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent organizing and leadership skills
· Strong sales abilities
· Billingual English & Mandarin speaking (required to serve Mandarin speaking customers)
· Attractive salary package with base on your working experience
· Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principle
