[6 months contract] - Handle AP & Data entry
5 days, 9am-6pm
Salary: $2200-$2600
Address: The Westgate, Jurong East
Job scope:
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
- Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.
- Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing system and accurate accounting records.
- Ensure that the transactions comply with FRS, internal accounting policies, control procedures and tax regulations.
- Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Microsoft D365 is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
- Experience in handling full spectrum of Accounts Payables.
