•. Preparation of sales quotations and tenders for submission to clients
• Purchase order processing via ERP, expediting sub-vendors, preparation of shipping invoices and packing lists.
• Completion of pre-qualification questionnaires for new clients
• Vendor documentation management
• Supply chain and project management
• Sales related administration
• Perform adequately for any other ad-hoc duties & sales related support assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in order processing and customer service, preferably in Oil & Gas sector but not essential
• Good administration skills
• Well organized and able to multitask.
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
• Able to work under pressure and willingness to learn
• Ability to converse in English and Mandarin (need to converse to mandarin speaking customer).
