Your Role:
As our Retail Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a talented team, ensuring that every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create and provide the highest standard of customer service experience
- Manage store opening and closing duties, roster planning, petty cash, daily briefing and de-briefing, ensuring all staffs are aware of newest updates/promotions
- Oversee and handle the inventory management responsibilities of assigned stores which includes & not limited to, stock replenishment, stock take, product displays and basic visual merchandising
- Ensure no damaged pouches/merchandises are sold
- Manage a team of retail staff (full-time and part-time) & establish good work ethics and teamwork
- Lead, train and provide guidance to all staffs & new hire, including basic sales training and product knowledge & submission of OJT forms
- Establish and maintain good housekeeping standards
- Conduct staff review and performance evaluation, when required
- Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring all service-related complaints are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
- Provide constructive feedbacks
- Prepare submissions of sales reports and stocks inventory reports
- Involve with interviews for Retail Part-time candidates
