• Responsible for timely closing of monthly/yearly financial accounts.
• Perform month end and year end closing procedures including GL adjustments / reclassifications / accruals.
• Assist in ensuring that accounts are submitted on an accurate and timely basis.
• Processing journal entries and ensure all data are accurate and complete.
• Prepare monthly related parties reconciliation and ensure all intercompany transactions are tallied.
• Preparing of Audit schedules, liaise with auditors for statutory reporting Undertake account analysis and variance commentary in monthly reporting pack.
• Ensure the completion of the GST with accuracy and filing on a timely basis.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
• Comprehensive experience in a related finance or similar role, and/or knowledge of computer-based accounting systems.
• Experience and / or knowledge of company policies, practices and personnel in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office
• A team player with positive working attitude and good communication.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
