- 44 hours, 5 day work week
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Team leader to enable smooth operations of front house
- Daily calibration and produce consistent/high standard coffee
- Grinding of coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, preparing beverages on menu and serving items to customers
- Educate and highlight differences to customers, between menu items and various drink types
- Taking inventory and replenishing items
- Receiving and arrangement of stock supplies
- Adhere to food safety regulations and quality controls
- Manage Roster for Cleaning of work station, counter equipment and front house attendance
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
Requirements
- SOA in Food Safety Level 1 obtained
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite, friendly and approachable
