Introduction
The job involves high voltage device design, process integration and device characterization for high voltage BCD processes. The candidate should have good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. Technology Development exposure to high voltage devices will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and teamwork are essential to this job.
Your Job
- High Voltage Device (such as LDMOS) design rule definition
- BCD Process Integration, work with cross functional teams.
- Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process/reliability issues
- Support high voltage test structure layout, device optimization.
Job Requirements
- Degree/master’s/PhD in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science
- 5+ years of process integration / technology development experience
- Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
