- Work as PMO in Banking environment.
- To work effectively with project members and stakeholders, to ensure that the project team maintains and updates project and workstream information to ensure accurate and effective reporting.
- To works within Project Governance and support of IT projects requirements in overall interactions relate to Banking systems.
- Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders.
- To perform project planning and involve in testing.
- To manage the project’s issues with understanding the contents, perform follow-up reviews to ensure appropriate corrective actions have been implemented by project teams.
- Organise and support facilitation of team meetings, document and maintain project progress, provide updates on key project metrics, and upload of those documents in a timely manner.
Requirement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business studies/ related fields.
- Experience in PMO
- Programme or Project lifecycle experience, with industry experience in Banking preferred.
- Japanese communication skills required as the position required to coordinate with Japanese speaking associates.
- Working background in SDLC will be added advantage.
