We are looking for a versatile and driven Business Development and Customer Success Manager to join our team. Job Summary:
The Business Development and Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while driving business growth. This dual role requires a proactive individual who can handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
· Identify and research potential business opportunities.
· Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
· Develop targeted campaigns and materials.
Customer Success:
· Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
· Develop a deep understanding of our software products to assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
· Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage product adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, computer science, or a related field.
· At least 2-5 years of working experience preferred.
· Demonstrated interest or proven experience in customer success and/or business development, preferably in the software industry.
· Technical proficiency in computer science; knowledge of PHP programming language or database management is a plus.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
